Can I have my BINDER jewelry cleaned?

We offer cleaning and repair services for most BINDER products. Please fill out the following form if you would like to take advantage of one of our service offers.

1. Please download the form and fill it out completely.
2. Please attach the form and the copy of the proof of purchase to your jewelry.
3. Now choose preferably an insured shipping method to send the jewelry with the completed form and the proof of purchase to us. You will find the address on the form.

Please note that shipping and return shipping costs are at your expense. Once we receive your jewelry in house, you will receive a confirmation email. After the appraisal of our staff, we will perform an estimate of the work required and send you a cost estimate.

How do I make an order?

Place the selected item(s) in the shopping cart. Then click on the button with the symbol of a shopping bag (top right of the screen). Here you will see all the items that you have previously placed in the shopping cart. Now you can check your item selection again for completeness and correctness and change it if necessary. Then click on the button "Checkout" to complete the ordering process.

How and when will I be reimbursed for my costs?

Note that only jewelry received at our distribution center within 30 days in its original condition and accompanied by the original proof of purchase will be accepted back for credit or exchange. Refunds will be issued via a credit to your Binder customer account. Refunds may take up to 14 days, depending on the payment method. Please excuse the inconvenience.

My package is damaged and/or empty, what should I do?

If you received a damaged package, you must immediately register a damage with the appropriate shipping service provider.

I do not like my personalized items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept the personalized or engraved jewelry for exchange or refund.

Where are the jewelry pieces made?

The entire value-added process for our jewelry is created entirely in-house. Therefore, we have at any time the overview and control over our products. If you want to know more about the production of our products, please visit our website: www.binder-fbm.de

Determine optimal bracelet size

The optimal bracelet size for you depends entirely on your preferred bracelet type.

Measure your wrist with the help of a tape measure or a string.

If you are between two sizes, we recommend to choose the next size up.

Determine optimal chain length

The optimal necklace length depends entirely on your personal preferences. It is completely individual which length fits you perfectly.

There are several ways to identify the optimal length.

  1. Measure an existing necklace that corresponds to your desired length.
  2. Put a string in the optimal length around your neck and measure it.
Can I return an engraved product?
