We offer cleaning and repair services for most FBM-products. Please fill out the following form if you would like to take advantage of one of our service offers.
1. Please download the form and fill it out completely.
2. Please attach the form and the copy of the proof of purchase to your jewelry.
3. Now choose preferably an insured shipping method to send the jewelry with the completed form and the proof of purchase to us. You will find the address on the form.
Please note that shipping and return shipping costs are at your expense. Once we receive your jewelry in house, you will receive a confirmation email. After the appraisal of our staff, we will perform an estimate of the work required and send you a cost estimate.
