Can I have my FBM-jewelry engraved?

We are pleased to offer you the service of engraving certain FBM-jewelry pieces.

Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00
Friday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 15:00

How long does it take to have an item engraved?

For machine engraving/personalization of your FBM-jewelry, allow an additional 5 business days for delivery and 10 business days for hand engraved jewelry.

Is it also possible to personalize goods that are not from FBM?

We offer engraving only for FBM-jewelry.

Can I return an engraved product?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept the personalized or engraved jewelry for exchange or refund.
